Siriuz is an online role-playing game in which thousands of players from all over the world meet everyday. In order to ensure that the game is fun for everyone, Siriuz expects all players to behave in a reasonable and respectful manner.
Siriuz reserves the right to stop destructive behaviour in the game, on the official website or in any other part of Siriuz's services. Such behaviour includes, but is not limited to, the following offences:

Offensive Name
Names that are insulting, racist, sexually related, drug-related, harassing or generally objectionable.

Name Containing Forbidden Advertising
Names that advertise brands, products or services of third parties, content which is not related to the game or trades for real money.

Unsuitable Name
Names that express religious or political views.
|
| d) |
Name Supporting Rule Violation
Names that support, incite, announce or imply a violation of the Siriuz Rules.

Statements |

| a) |
Offensive Statement
Insulting, racist, sexually related, drug-related, harassing or generally objectionable statements.

Spamming
Excessively repeating identical or similar statements or using badly formatted or nonsensical text.

Forbidden Advertising
Advertising brands, products or services of third parties, content which is not related to the game or trades for real money.

Off-Topic Public Statement
Religious or political public statements or other public statements which are not related to the topic of the used channel or board.

Violating Language Restriction
Non-English statements in boards and channels where the use of English is explicitly required.

Disclosing Personal Data of Others
Disclosing personal data of other people.
|

Supporting Rule Violation
Statements that support, incite, announce or imply a violation of the Siriuz Rules.

Cheating |

Bug Abuse
Exploiting obvious errors of the game or any other part of Siriuz's services.

Using Unofficial Software to Play
Manipulating the official client program or using additional software to play the game.

Siriuz |

| a) |
Pretending to be Siriuz
Pretending to be a representative of Siriuz or to have their legitimation or powers.

Slandering or Agitating against Siriuz
Publishing clearly wrong information about or calling a boycott against Siriuz or its services.

False Information to Siriuz
Intentionally giving wrong or misleading information to Siriuz in reports about rule violations, complaints, bug reports or support requests.

Legal Issues |

Hacking
Stealing other players' account or personal data.
|
| b) |
Attacking Siriuz Service
Attacking, disrupting or damaging the operation of any Siriuz server, the game or any other part of Siriuz's services.

Violating Law or Regulations
Violating any applicable law, the Siriuz Service Agreement or rights of third parties.

Donations & Rewards |

| a) |
Nature of Donations
By donating to Siriuz, you acknowledge you are making a voluntary contribution to support the project's development and hosting. You are not purchasing goods or services.

Thank-You Reward (Coins)
As a courtesy, donors may receive virtual "coins" as a decorative/utility in-game reward. Coins are credited automatically after the payment is confirmed by Stripe. Delivery may take a short time depending on payment processing and system load.

No Cash Value & Non-Refundable
Coins have no monetary value outside the game, are non-redeemable for cash, and are not a purchase. Donations are final and non-refundable.

Chargebacks & Fraud
If a donation is reversed (e.g. chargeback, dispute, fraudulent activity), Siriuz may remove the rewarded coins and take appropriate account measures, which can include temporary or permanent suspension.

Availability & Changes
Rewards, amounts, and eligibility may change at any time. Siriuz does not guarantee the availability of specific rewards or features.

Minors
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to donate.

Taxes & Records
Donors are responsible for any applicable taxes. A payment reference from Stripe may be provided to the donor as a record of the contribution.

Delivery Issues
If coins do not appear after payment confirmation, contact support and include your payment reference (session_id) so we can assist you.

Violating or attempting to violate the Siriuz Rules may lead to a temporary suspension of characters and accounts. In severe cases the removal or modification of character skills, attributes and belongings, as well as the permanent removal of characters and accounts without any compensation may be considered. The sanction is based on the seriousness of the rule violation and the previous record of the player. It is determined at the sole discretion of Siriuz and can be imposed without any previous warning.
